Spax Wirox Decking Screw 4.5 x 60mm is specifically designed to be used with decking. The non threaded screw section of the screw pulls the decking in tight together while the upper thread of the screws secures the decking board down tightly. The cylindrical T-Star plus head fits into the groove of the decking board for a neater appearance and also stops the screw from sliding out. It has a Wirox coating to increase the protection from corrosion.
