Thompson’s 10 Year Roof Seal Black 1L is a high performance elastic coating which forms a durable, flexible membrane to repair and seal damaged roofs. It flexes with the natural movement of the roof for a longer lasting repair that can outperform traditional bitumen paint. It is suitable for using on a variety of surfaces including asphalt, slate, tiles, brick corrugated metal and wood. Once applied, it can be rainproof in only 6 hours.
