You will be contacted by the branch by SMS and email when order is ready to collect (depending on contact details provided)
Please ensure you bring a copy of the confirmation when collecting your order (printed or electronically), as well as the payment card you placed the order with, and a valid form of I.D such as a driving licence, passport.
Orders cannot be released to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct verification information.
Any orders placed after 4:00pm will be available for collection in branch from 9:00am the following working day.
Orders can only be collected during normal working hours. If an order is not collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that it is ready, our team will contact you to confirm you still require your goods. Orders can only be reserved for 5 working days. After this period, a member of our team will be in contact to arrange a full refund, to enable the stock to be re-allocated.
